Pure Jersey milk, minimally pasteurised and homogenised with a high concentration of A2 protein.

Often described as the ‘best milk I’ve ever tasted’, you can taste the seasons. The rich full flavour comes from the cows enjoying sunshine and the benefits of rain on a regenerative farm in Tilba on the NSW south coast. It has a natural golden tint and a creamy taste. It’s so flavoursome, you’ll be tempted to drink it straight from the bottle. Others have.

Storage

Minimal pasteurisation means the milk is delicate and has a relatively short shelf life. To maintain a consistent cold temperature and longevity, store below 4°C, sealed, on a shelf in the body of the fridge. Please avoid door storage.

Delivery

Whether you leave out a cooler bag or box for your delivery is entirely up to you. If you do, we kindly ask that it be easy to open and close. We deliver in the dark and do not want to wake you, your neighbours, or a sleeping dog, so we will collect your empties and place your fresh delivery just inside your gate. If you do not happen to have one, we'll put it beside your post box. If it's an apartment, please label your receptacle so we can be sure to make the correct delivery.

Tilba Dairy is a family owned and operated dairy that sits in the lush Tilba Tilba Valley on the far south coast of NSW. With a focus on sustainability, they have been committed to premium quality for twenty-five years. The Jersey dairy cows graze freely for eighteen hours each day on a farm with rich volcanic soil, pure water, and clean air. The cows enjoy the sunshine and the benefits of rain, while you benefit from the cows feeding on grass.
