Full, rich-flavoured pure Jersey cream comes from a regenerative family-owned farm in the glorious foothills of Tilba. The taste is attributed to the farm's pure water, clean air and magnificent soil. There, the cows enjoy the sunshine and the benefits of rain. You not only taste the seasons but benefit from the cows feeding on grass.

Our cream is naturally thick and whips like a dream, has a natural golden tint and a buttery taste. Its good looks mean you can serve it straight from the bottle.

Storage

Minimal pasteurisation means the milk is delicate and has a relatively short shelf life. Refrigerate immediately, below 4°C, sealed, and at the back of the fridge. To maintain a constant temperature, please avoid door storage.

Delivery

Whether you leave out a cooler bag or box for your delivery is entirely up to you. If you do, we kindly ask that it be easy to open and close. We deliver in the dark and do not want to wake you, your neighbours, or a sleeping dog, so we will collect your empties and place your fresh delivery just inside your gate. If you do not happen to have one, we'll put it beside your post box. If it's an apartment, please label your receptacle so we can be sure to make the correct delivery.

The Jersey dairy cows graze freely for eighteen hours each day on a farm with rich volcanic soil, pure water, and clean air. The cows enjoy the sunshine and the benefits of rain, while you benefit from the cows feeding on grass.
